The brief
Devuty is a proof-of-work hiring marketplace where fresh graduates prove themselves through real hackathons solving real problems for real companies, and get hired based on what they build, not their resume. Through hireathons, applicants get a chance to learn new skills, earn cash prizes, certificates, build a personal portfolio of real-world projects, and an opportunity to get their first job or internship. Companies get to hire young problem-solvers cost-effectively.
Devuty has no social media presence yet. Zero posts, zero followers, nobody outside our own network knows we exist. We need someone who can turn nothing into a real, growing audience of students and founders who care about what we're building.
